  • 2 kilos of beef

  • 1 tsp Jerk Seasoning (optional, personal touch)
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp beef broth
  • 1 capful of liquid smoke

Wash the beef and cut it into small pieces, then put them in a basin. (ATTENTION: Do not cut too big pieces to allow a shorter cooking time)

Take the basin in which there are pieces of meat, Put the marinade, mustard, mayonnaise, jerk seasonning, beef broth and liquid smoke (secret ingredient), then mix well with your hand, taste a little to see if it there is enough salt otherwise add a little beef broth

Pierce the pieces of beef, piercing 4 to 5 pieces of meat per spike

Marinate the stems in a cool place for a few hours or preferably overnight to allow the spices to penetrate the meat well.

Place the skewers on an electric barbecue for 50 min over medium heat, turning them from time to time “(or in the oven for about 45 min at 180 degrees)”

Do not hesitate using a kitchen brush to put a little oil on the skewers if you wish, however I did not do it, there was no need because the marinade has already oil, as well as mayonnaise
