- 160g raw quinoa
- 100g natural tuna
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 100g corn
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
Start preparing this salad by dicing the tomatoes and cucumbers, chopping the chives and draining the tuna and corn.
Put the quinoa to cook in boiling water according to the instructions on the package, then let cool.
In a large bowl put the quinoa, vegetables, tuna and corn and add the vinegar and olive oil then mix well.
Chill the quinoa and fresh vegetable salad until ready to serve.
