preparation
Let’s start with the nokoss, in a mortar or a blender, crush the garlic, the small onion, the green onion, the salt, the pepper, the cube as well as your spices. We will divide the nokoss into 4 equal parts: 1 part for the chicken, 1 part for the sauce and 2 parts for the rice.
